Workshop is one of the subjects in the hospitality study program at Polytechnic NSC Surabaya that must followed by the student and it given in the fourth semester
This activity is the operational reality of an actual hotel in Polytechnic NSC Surabaya. Students will be able to form the structure of the organization and will be guided by the lecturer in accordance with competence in the early preparatory workshop.
The concept used in these activities is the concept of the type of restaurant and kind of menu that is served is hotel or set menu for appetizer , main course , and dessert.
The hope is that the students more competent in each part hotel and was able to manage hotel.
